Ordering
Please place your order via the online shop pages. If you prefer, you can place your order by phone and/or pay by cheque or bank transfer.
Payment
I accept payment electronically through PayPal, a trusted and secure online payment processor. If you prefer, you can also pay by cheque or funds transfer - please place your order by phone or email if this is the case. If paying through PayPal, please make sure that your registered address and phone number is up to date, or if you want your order sent to a different address, please email to let me know.
UK Delivery
Most orders are sent out within three working days of receipt of cleared payment, subject to stock availability. If you need it faster, I'll do my best to accommodate you. Please note that there may be a longer waiting period during busy times and if this is the case, I will contact you.
International Delivery
For destinations outside the UK, standard prints (that is all prints without diamond dust) are sent using Royal Mail's Airsure or International Signed For service (depending on your location), and may require a signature on delivery.
Some international deliveries may be subject to import taxes and duties which you the buyer are responsible for.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that a print arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours (or the next business day), and I will be happy to arrange a replacement. Please keep the damaged item, including all packaging as it may be required for an insurance claim.

Copyright is always retained by the artist Bianca Hall, and images can not be used or reproduced without her written permission.
General
All prints are sold unframed.
I have tried to represent colours as accurately as possible, but computer screens vary, so colours should be used as a guide only.
Please handle your prints with care, in particular those embellished with Diamond Dust. Diamond dust is tiny shards of glass and it's sharp, so make sure any pieces that shed in transit stay in the packaging and keep out of reach of children prior to framing.
Risk of damage or loss passes to you, the customer, at time of delivery.
