What is Diamond Dust?
Diamond Dust is very fine sheet glass that has been shattered into tiny glitter-like shards. Unfortunately it's hard to capture the beauty of Diamond Dust in a still shot, but it really does sparkle like, well....diamonds!
Please be careful when handling a print embellished with Diamond Dust as it is sharp and some may shed so make sure you keep it away from children.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The shipping cost for standard tiles and prints (this means all prints NOT embellished with diamond dust) to all destinations outside the UK is £9.00. They will be sent using Royal Mail's Airsure service or International Signed For (depending on destination), and a signature may be required on delivery.
The shipping cost for diamond dust embellished prints to destinations outside the UK £45.00. These prints will be sent with a courier.
What currency are your prices?
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and all orders will be processed through PayPal in Pounds Sterling (£).
How are the prints packaged?
Standard prints are carefully covered with acid-free tissue, then rolled and sent in durable cardboard mailers. Prints embellished with diamond dust are covered in acid-free tissue, sandwiched between foam sheeting to further protect them and minimise shedding, then packed flat between sheets of thick corrugated cardboard.
Please note that with all the diamond dust prints that some diamond dust will be shed in transit. This is normal, and does not constitute a damaged item. Please be careful when handling all unframed prints, but in particular those with diamond dust. Diamond dust is shards of super-fine sheet glass and it's sharp. Please make sure that no shards end up on the floor and keep out of reach from children prior to framing.
Can I collect my order or view before buying?

Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, but please be aware that your order won't be processed until the funds are cleared, so allow another week on top of normal delivery times. Please email or phone for details.
When will I receive my order?
You will be notified if there is a delay in sending your order. Most prints are held in stock, and once cleared payment has been received, I aim to dispatch orders within three days. If out of stock, you'll be notified within 48 hours of ordering and you can then decide to wait (usually no longer than 14 days), change or cancel your order.
Prints embellished with Diamond Dust are generally not stock items and are made to order, so please allow up to three weeks for delivery.
Guidelines are as follows for delivery times once your print has been dispatched;
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - next working day (but this is not guaranteed).
Royal Mail Airsure - within 5 working days (but this is not guaranteed).
International Signed For - 3 days to 8 weeks(!), normally within 5 days for most countries (but this is not guaranteed).
If your order is urgent please don't hesitate to contact me by phone or email and I'll try to accommodate you if at all possible.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving a damaged print and I will be happy to replace it, or issue a refund if a replacement is not available. You need to keep the damaged print and all packaging as this may be required for an insurance claim.
