Delivery & FAQ
Most orders are sent within three working days of receipt of cleared payment, subject to stock availability. If you need it faster we'll do our best to accommodate you, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Please note that some products are printed/made to order and therefore can take longer. This will be stated on the product page.
Smaller orders are sent with Royal Mail (First Class Recorded) and a signature will be required. Larger/more valuable orders are sent with a courier and a signature will be required. Postage costs vary depending on the product and are specified during the checkout process.
Cushions going to non UK addresses are sent without the cushion pad - you will receive the cover/s only.
Neon lights are for UK delivery only unless discussed prior to ordering.
Non UK orders are sent with Royal Mail (Airsure or International Signed For) and a signature will be required.
What's Diamond Dust?
Diamond Dust is very fine sheet glass that has been shattered into tiny glitter-like shards. It's hard to capture the beauty of Diamond Dust in a still shot, but it really does sparkle like, well...diamonds!
Please note that if you order a print with diamond dust, that some will shed in transit. This does not constitute damage - it's inevitable considering the materials, but should not affect it's appearance. Be extra careful with these prints, as diamond dust is glass - it's sharp, so make sure any shards that have come loose don't fall on the floor and keep away from children before it's framed - they find it a bit irresistible!
Please be careful when handling a print embellished with Diamond Dust as it is sharp and some may shed so make sure you keep it away from children and make sure any shards that have come lose during transit don't fall on the floor.
What currency are your prices?
All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and all orders will be processed through PayPal in Pounds Sterling (£).
How are the prints packaged?
Standard prints are rolled and sent in durable cardboard postal tubes. Prints embellished with diamond dust are covered in acid-free tissue, wrapped in bubble wrap, then packed flat between sheets of thick corrugated cardboard.
Can I collect my order or view before buying?
Yes, viewings can be arranged. Please contact Bianca on 07799 737 317 or email@example.com to arrange a mutually convenient time. The Kiss Her studio is based in North London.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, but please be aware that your order won't be processed until the funds are cleared, so allow another week on top of normal delivery times. Please email or phone for details.
When will I receive my order?
You will be notified if there is a delay in sending your order. If an item is out of stock, you'll be notified within 48 hours of ordering and you can then decide to wait if you would like to wait, change, or cancel your order.

Guidelines are as follows for delivery times once your order has been dispatched;
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded - next working day (not guaranteed).
Royal Mail Airsure/International Signed For - within 5 working days (not guaranteed).
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us withing 48 hours of receiving a damaged print and we will be happy to replace it. You will need to keep the damaged print and all packaging as this may be required for an insurance claim.
