Most orders are sent out within three working days of receipt of cleared payment, subject to stock availability. If you need it faster I'll do my best to accommodate you, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
I use Royal Mail to ship all orders (except for diamond dust embellished prints to all destinations which are sent with a courier).
Within the UK, tiles and standard prints (that is all prints without embellishment with glitter or Diamond Dust) are sent using Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded service, and will require a signature on delivery. The cost is £5.00.
For destinations outside the UK, tiles and standard prints are sent using Royal Mail's Airsure or International Signed For service (depending on your location), and may require a signature on delivery. The cost is £9.00.
Embellished prints are sent via a courier and will require a signature on delivery. The delivery cost is £20.00 within the UK, and £45.00 elsewhere. This is due to the fact that these prints can't be rolled and therefore exceed Royal Mail's size limits.
Please note that if you order a print with diamond dust, that some will shed in transit. This does not constitute damage - it's inevitable considering the materials, but should not affect it's appearance. Be extra careful with these prints, as diamond dust is glass - it's sharp, so make sure any shards that have come loose don't fall on the floor and keep away from children before it's framed - they find it a bit irresistible!
